Today, my class and 02 went to shatec for cooking demo. It is so exciting. The chef, Mr Teow, was a very interesting person i would say. He is able to make me awake thoughout the 3 hour long lesson. He teach us of the cooking method and he did demostation for almost all cooking method. And there are more than ten ways of cooking method! Wah!! I like the lamb malasa most! cos it is mutton!!
Later at night, i went to visit my Ah Gong in the hospital. He look better and thinner. He haven't been eating for the past 2 weeks! He is not having a fever, there is a ice-bag placed around his head to prevent his fever to raise again. He woke up a few times. He tried to speck, but we are unable to understand because he could not pronoun them clearly. Almost cried. Hope he can fast fast recover and go home. My Ah Ma missed him a lot. Ah Gong.. JIA YOU!!!
