Almost 2 weeks as GRO in Raffles Inc is mentally draining. Especially working with the person. !!!! I hate working with that person!!! I guess everywhere will have a "spoiler" to mess up things!! Arrh!!
However, I should also say i am very lucky in someways, cos i am not the only one having problem with the person. haha. So can imagine, we are like complaining, smiling, doing hand sign etc~ very bad but cant help it!! The person really *%*@%@^!!!! ENDURE!!! (breath in, breath out... OOoooo....)
Let me share something that i am taught by a manager. She told be that when guest talks to you. They just want someone to listen to them. SO! just repeat after them and let them talk!
Another tips she told me is that.. think of your strength and give your 200% effort. Dun have to waste too much effort on improving your weakness. Which means that at least you try to improve your weakness, it is already very good, no point putting 200% at something that you are not strong at.
