Sometimes when you regret somethings. You feels that u r useless.. Then perhaps, u should stop all your work, just stay there and starts to recall of what you have done and what have u not done.. Think... think of the past...
If u r given a chance will u still do the same thing?? or would u have taken another route, and prehaps ended up in different situation...

if u think that if given a chance u will still take the same route do the same things.. then there is no regrets... u have to know that you have tried your best and this is what it has turned out.. so just accept it and continue... if u really do feel bad then do something to solve it or make it better... as in if u cannot stop or change it , at least u can lessen the pain n hurt...

If u think that if given a chance u would have taken another route.. and not be here!! NOT in this situation...
Then what i want to tell u is that there is always good and bad... if u r not in this situation then u may not have meet new friends u have met now.. u may have missed many happy moments.... if u choose another route ...u will still face problems, prehaps even difficult to handle... pls rmb.... god never gives you a burden that is too heavy to carry... since u have taken this route then god will lend u... if u encounter tough situation... just face it.. god is teaching u how to handle... Always rmb... u r not alone... u have friends, family and yourself.... u have all the resources needed in u...

Believe in yourself!!!!

ps: i am NOT a christian. god = "shen"... to me all god are the same.. they are just one "person" with many many names...
