RIF

I am so sorry for being lazy and not updating the blog. hehe. But I am really tired! I only sleep for four hours to six hours a day! Plus so many physical work have to do.

Now, I am rotated to Raffles Inc , their executive lounge. So far I worked four days in RIF as a Butler. Morning we serve breakfast, so have to get the food then set up the place. At 6am, guest will start coming in and we have to serve coffee and tea to them, clear the plate, do turnover for the table. After all the walking, carrying etc etc. Finally at 10am we start to clear all the food (breakfast is over). Dry the plates and put back, do the tea break set-ups usually I get to eat at 12pm. After break, I have to do fruit bowl and send them to the guest food and do fruit replenishment in the guest room. Mainly, I am walking, carrying, pushing the whole day! Physically tired! BUT the best part is time flies~~~~~ heehe =X

Although it is very tiring but the job is fun and HAPPENING. LOL. oh ya, Ms kwok visited me today. =D

Tell you something funny. They say if don't know ASK right?
So there was a guest who ask me for a strong cappuccino. I don't know how to make so I when inside to ask for help. The part-time who happens to be inside did a cup but the problem is there is no foam. So we decide to make another cup and transfer the foam over! LOL! So we make two cups le right? while both me and the part timer is transferring, another colleague of mine ask what we are doing. Thus, we say cannot do this, so she show us how to make. But the problem is the cappuccino overflow so it look messy. She re-do and make another one. SO ended up making 4 CUPS!!! I am so scared to serve cos I took so long! When i finally bring the cup of strong cappuccino, GUESS what! the guest have help himself to a normal cappuccino. Since the cup is brought to him, so i just serve it to him. Hahaha... the guest later says that the cappuccino I served is very nice. So remember, don't know ASK!!
